When must I install winter tires?
Anywhere in Canada, as soon as temperatures stay below 7 °C. Some provinces set dates: in Quebec, from December 1 to March 15; in British Columbia, on most highways, from October 1 to March 31.
How do I know if a tire fits my vehicle?
Use the vehicle search: we filter by original size and by load and speed ratings.
Are tire and wheel packages mounted?
Yes: mounting and balancing are included, and fit with your vehicle is checked.

Can I have my tires delivered to a garage?
Yes. Choose “Delivery to an affiliated garage” at checkout; the garage contacts you to install them.
How long does delivery take?
The lead time is shown for each size, usually 1 to 5 business days.
How do I track my order?
With your order number and email, on the Track my order page.
Payment, prices and rebates3 questions
Are taxes included in the price?
No. They are calculated for the delivery province and itemized before payment, with environmental fees.
What is a mail-in rebate?
A refund offered by the manufacturer after purchase. It is not deducted from the total; the form is available from the product page.
Do you store my card details?
No. Payment is processed by our certified provider; your card details never go through our servers.

Yes, if it is new, unmounted and unused, within 30 days. See the return policy.
